• If you need multiple inflatable’s or other party rental items please call, or email a list of what you need. We would love the opportunity to provide a customized quote for your event. You might be surprised at the discounts we offer on package deals!

• Online orders must be completed at least 5 days before your event. Call us if it is last minute, and we will try to help!

• All equipment must be delivered – We do not allow Customer Pick-Up.

• Tax Exempt Organizations – Please call or email to make your reservation!

• Inflatable Rentals are for up to 8 hours. You can place your order online for a period of up to 8 hours (coming soon). Please contact us if you need the rental longer – we can still help!

• We require a 2 hour delivery window for our delivery personnel to aim for on delivery and pick up. For example: if you choose 11am to 5pm for your rental period, the crew will arrive between 9am and 11am to set up, and they will be back between 5pm and 7pm to pick up. 

• Set up on grass – Stakes are nailed into the ground to secure the inflatables. Please clearly mark any irrigation or utility lines that we should avoid. PRI is not responsible for any damage.

• Set up on pavement/concrete/asphalt (driveways, parking lots, etc.) – We will secure the inflatables with heavy sandbags.

• All inflatables require electrical power. (Just a regular power outlet) We will provide 100 feet of extension cord per inflatable. We can provide a generator for locations without power (like parks). Generator rental is $30, and provides power for up to 2 inflatables.

• Silly String/Slime/Stickers: Do not let any silly string or slime or stickers get on or in the inflatable! $200 cleaning fee will be charged for silly string/slime removal.

• You are responsible for the children’s safety. Please supervise all participants and follow the rules.

• Most importantly – HAVE FUN!!!

• Rain Policy: It is the customer’s decision to cancel the rental due to weather. All payments are non-refundable, however, if the weather is bad, your payment will be credited toward another rental within one year (like a rain check). To receive the Rain Check, or Credit, you must inform us at least 2 hours before we are scheduled to make your delivery that you want to cancel due to weather. Once delivery crew arrives onsite we will not provide any rain checks, and you must move forward with the rental. Changing the booking date, or cancelling, for any reason other than inclement weather will result in the loss of your payment and/or rescheduling fees.
